Day 9~ Worst Habits

Published August 9, 2013 by megawitch

1. I have low confidence in myself.

2. I have addiction problems with World of Warcraft.

3. I have a fiery temper, much like my mum.

4. I sometimes bite my lips when I’m nervous.

5. I stay up too like, much like my mum.

6. I can be very emotional and my feelings get hurt easily.

7. I sometimes have a lot going on in my mind, and I stress myself out a lot.

8. I prefer the night, rather than the day, because most of my good thoughts come to me then, and I can focus better. Usually I will have the energy spark to draw at night, but then comes daylight, and it slips from me.

Sylvanas FTW!

Published March 19, 2012 by megawitch

Lately I have been really busy, as well as working on my artistic and creative ideas and expressing them. For the past few days I’ve been touching up a specific picture I think you should see. I know I’m not much of a Horde lover, but I do admire Lady Sylvanas very much! Some parts from the background of the picture were cut out when I took a photo of it, but I think the main part of the picture is what is important. Here it is! Enjoy 🙂

The New EXPANSION!

Published January 21, 2012 by megawitch

Hello again! I was reading some updates on http://us.battle.net/wow/en/ and clicked on the Mists of Pandaria.  The new expansion not only has the lvl cap moved up to 90, but it also includes a new race for both Horde and Alliance. I know it’s srange, but apparently, acording to the trailer, the Pandaren were a race unknown to Azeroth. After the starting area, they would have to choose to join the Horde or the Alliance… I think it is totally strange and I would have rather had the Dryads join the Alliance (as they already are just not a playable race), and the Centaurs for the Horde, maybe? Back to Cataclysm, the new expansion also includes the new class Monk. In my opinion a clash between the druids, rogues, and shaman, but what the hey! On the next topic of the upcoming expansion: the new zones, dungeons, and battle grounds all seem very interesting. Well, that was some insight from me.

For more information such as: the trailer, new zones, the monk, the pandaren, etc… you can go to http://us.battle.net/wow/en/game/mists-of-pandaria/

Thank you :o)

I’m Back…. And I Brought The Horde!

Published January 20, 2012 by megawitch

Ahhh,  again, at last, and finally here to talk about the horde! So let me start off by saying I’m not a super Horde lover, I’m all Alliance, but I do think that they are very interesting…. I must admit though I loathe how much more Blizzard Entertainment seems to love them. The horde are the opposite of the Alliance.

The Alliance are, in my oppinion, more civilized, the Horde are more savage; I guess they use that to thier advantage.

The Orcs: This savage race hail from the hot, arid, rocky, mountainous region of Durotar. They specalize in axes, battle, and their home city is Orgrimmar. Their leader, Thrall, once lived there, and their current leader, Garrosh Hellscream, resides there.

The Blood Elves: The lovley but devious Blood Elves, or the Sin`dorei, Children of the Blood, have their specailization in enchanting and arcane magics. Living in the enchanting city of Silvermoon City, their leader is Lor’themar Theron Regent Lord of Quel’Thalas.

The Tauren: The Tauren have a bonus to their herbalism ability, but “War Stomp” (Shaking the ground with a mighty stomp of their hooves, tauren can briefly stun small groups of enemies) is their strongest trait. While they hail from in the grassy-plain lands of Mulgore, their city is Thunderbluff. High Chieftain Baine Bloodhoof is their leader.

The Trolls: The Trolls have a natural connection to Voodoo and have a strong handle on war. The hail from Echo Ilses, and their leader is Vol’jin.

The Undead: The Undead or the Forsaken. The slain in life risen once again to have vengence on who or what killed them. Risen By the Banshee Queen Sylvanas, their leader, she guides them in the dead lands of Tirisfal Glades. Their home city is Undercity, beneath the ruins of Lordaeron.

The Goblins: The Goblins specialize in money, Engineering, and polluting everything around them. Originally living in the Island of Kezan and slaves to the Jungle Troll. When Deathwing, the Great Dragon, had awoken and unleashed his wrath on the world of Azeroth, Kezan was one of the places he threatoned to destroy. The Goblins then had to pack up their things and leave, running for their lives. The Goblins have no specific city or land yet. Their Racial leader is Trade Prince Gallywix.

For more information on the World of Warcraft, you can go to http://us.battle.net/wow/en/ and search your choice of character from both Horde and Alliance.

What do I write?

Published November 7, 2011 by megawitch

Hmf….. Well, my title kind-of says it all; what do I write? I guess I will start with WoW, the ultimate super-uber-nerd game I play. I play WoW, World of Warcraft, because it inspires me in things I like, such as my artistic side. My art is a different story, and will eventually be told, but the current topic is about my nerd side.

On WoW you create a toon or a character on either Horde or Alliance. When you log in, you start at lvl one. The highest lvl is 85 and in the next expansion it will be lvl 90. But for starters, on the Alliance you can create any of the following:

Humans – The Humans live in the bright Elwynn Forest and are best known for being great mages and strong healers. Their leader is King Varian Wrynn living in their city Stormwind City.

Dwarf – Living in the frosty, cold and snowy lands in Dun Morogh, the Dwarves specialize in guns and can survive in extremly cold temperatures, best known for forging and reforging metal in their home City Ironforge. Ironforge is also known for were the Council of Three Hammers live.

Night Elf – The Night Elves live in the woods of the Great Tree Nordrassil, and are best known for being very good druids, hunters, and are good with animals and the land. Their city Darnassus is not only were the Night Elves live, but also their leaders High Priestess Tyrande Whisperwind and Archdruid Malfurion Stormrage.

Gnomes – The Gnomes are small beings, usually following the Dwarfs after a terrible accident… Their city was taken over by Trogs, toxic sludge, and a sentry bot. Although the gnomes are trying to retreive their city, they are still causing problems. Gnomes are best known for being great, intelligent tinkerers and being short, wacky scientists. Their city is Gnomeregan and their leader is High Tinker Gelbin Mekkatorque.

Dreanei – Dreanei are aliens that crash-landed and now live on Azuremyst Isle, and are quite good paladins and mages. The city they call home is The Exodar, were their leader Prophet Velen plans out his next move on the horde.

Worgen – The last member of the Alliance family is the Worgen, my personal favorite aside from the Night Elves. The Worgen are like werewolves, but better. The worgen started as humans, the Gilneans, living in their city Gilneas, when it was attacked by two enemies, the Worgen and the Horde. It is said it all started in Shadowfang Keep, right across the Greymane Wall, home to Baron Silverlaine, where all fell prey to a mad man, Archmage Arugal, and his pet Worgen. His crazy ideas came to an end when the Horde had defeated him while his pet was away. Shadowfang Keep was ultimately abandoned, but was eventually inhabited by Lord Godfrey, the betrayer, and his minions. When Arugal’s pet Worgen came back and found out about Arugal’s death, he went on a rage-filled attack on neighboring areas, thus resulting in what we now see as Worgen, the playable class on Alliance-side in WoW. Their Racial leader is King Genn Greymane.

Perhaps tomorrow I will write about the Horde…
